Hi System Transparency,
Up until now, most conversations in the project have happened on IRC/Matrix [0][1] and in online meetings. Code, documentation, proposals and meeting notes have been pushed to [2], mentioned only on IRC/Matrix.

This has been working well for the small tight group of developers involved so far. But sometimes asynchronous conversation with stable references works even better. Longer conversations and announcements are two examples. Hence this list.
I'll kick it off with a request for comments on a proposal for how to structure our work in ST [3] and how we release software and documentation. This is in preparation for a three days face-to-face meet-up in Stockholm next week, starting Tuesday the 18th.

The accompanying road map draft can be found at [4]. The true ST connoisseur might even want to study the unstructured background notes on the topic, to be found in [5].
